Completed as Lead Designer of DSR Branding
The primary challenge was to elevate Engineering Networks' brand image to match their business's success and reputation. The company struggled with being perceived as an underdog; their true value and the quality of service were underrepresented, making it imperative to revamp their brand identity and digital footprint.
We took a comprehensive approach, starting with a brand identity that encapsulates Engineering Networks' reliability and status as a trusted partner. The new logo symbolises the unity and connectivity within the engineering sector, combining a cog and intersecting paths to represent a central meeting point and the continuous flow of networks. This cog icon, alongside a bold all-caps wordmark, asserts the company's authority and reliability. The colour palette, featuring charcoal, alabaster, and accents of red/orange, adds sophistication with an energetic optimism. The tagline "For Career Fulfilment" was introduced to highlight their commitment to creating meaningful career connections. The website and social media were relaunched to align with this new brand identity, ensuring coherence across all platforms.
Post-rebrand, Engineering Networks witnessed a significant transformation in their market presence, with increased engagement on their website and social media platforms. The rebranding efforts have not only clarified their position as industry leaders but have also attracted new business, leading to growth in revenue and team expansion. The strategic overhaul has successfully positioned Engineering Networks as a household name and the go-to partner for career fulfilment in the engineering sector, reflecting their true value and elevating their status from an underdog to a leader.
